The President

— Haynes Morrison

Haynes Morrison holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, an MSW and MSP in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, and is pursuing a DH.S. in Nonprofit Management with a Leadership specialization.

With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, she has expertise in residential care, community-based services, program auditing, and developing impactful programs for both NGOs and for-profit organizations. She has successfully managed complex projects, shaped policies, and led service-based initiatives, focusing on DEI, employee engagement, partnerships, and media strategy.

Additionally, she has over a decade of experience in licensing and CARF accreditation, with deep knowledge of child welfare systems

The Vice President

— Ifeoma Turner

Ifeoma Turner holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Temple University and an MSW from Indiana University, specializing in Mental Health and Addictions.

With over 10 years of experience, she focuses on anxiety management, depression recovery, and trauma healing. Her therapy approach is evidence-based yet organic, incorporating spirituality to foster trust and vulnerability. Known for her directness, she encourages open communication while respecting clients’ life experiences. She believes in empowering individuals to be the authors of their own lives

— Kate Miller

 Kate Miller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management from Indiana University and a Master’s in Leadership from GCU. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit development and community relations, she has worked in social welfare, education, and developmental and behavioral disabilities. She is the Director of Development for a behavioral management foundation supporting children in foster and kinship care. As Co-Founder of a nonprofit serving children with autism and their families, her greatest joy is helping others access the resources they need.

— Pastor Raymond Mani

Pastor Raymond Mani is a theologian, motivational speaker, and founder of International House of Prayer Ministries. He also serves as the founding director of Next Bridge Mission and specializes in leadership growth consultancy and community development. As the overseer of International House of Prayer Ministries, he leads a network of churches across Sierra Leone, Europe, the United States, Canada, and other parts of Africa. In addition to serving as the senior pastor of Dominion Center, he has spoken at international conferences and worked in various countries to address community development issues

— Dr. Sharon McDaniel

Dr. Sharon L. McDaniel is the founder, president, and CEO of A Second Chance, Inc. (ASCI), the nation’s leading nonprofit advocating for kinship care. With over 30 years of experience, she is an award-winning child welfare leader in Pennsylvania. She serves as president of Black Administrators in Child Welfare and sits on the boards of Coro Pittsburgh and Footbridge for Families. Additionally, she is the founder and past president of the African American Strategic Partnership, demonstrating her commitment to community leadership and advocacy

Precious Ejelonu

— Precious Ejelonu

Precious Ejelonu is a dedicated leader with a background in psychology, public health, and clinical research. With over a decade of experience in both government and private sectors, she specializes in patient recruitment and engagement for clinical and non-interventional studies. Passionate about child welfare and advocacy, she holds a certification in Child Abuse and Neglect and actively supports kinship care initiatives. Currently completing her Master of Public Health in Health Equity at Boston University, she resides in Georgia with her two children while continuing her work at the intersection of healthcare, research, and child advocacy

— Peace Chinemere

Peace Chinemere earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Indianapolis and a master’s in human services with a focus on Family and Community Service from Purdue Global University. She currently serves as a case manager at Pine Street Inn, supporting Boston’s homeless population. With over six years of experience in the Human Services field, she is deeply committed to helping others. Her passion for people and dedication to service make her a valuable addition to the board.

Andi Ley
Board Member

— Andi Ley

Andi Ley brings over seven years of experience in social work, specializing in child welfare and mental health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Anderson University and a master’s from IUPUI. Recently obtaining her LCSW, she hopes to continue supporting at-risk youth and child welfare initiatives. Outside of work, Andi enjoys traveling on mission trips, spending time with her family.

— Dwayne Turner

Dwayne Turner aspired to be a physician and joined the U.S. Army Medical Corps to fund his education. He served as a medic with the 101st Airborne Division but was medically retired after being wounded in an ambush. Following his service, he spent several years as a medical instructor, training both military personnel and civilians. His experiences have reinforced his belief in selfless service, and he is dedicated to inspiring others to embrace it as a core value

— Krystal Billups

Krystal is a public health executive committed to catalyzing positive change to improve the quality of life for children, youth, and families. As the Executive Managing Director at Mosaic Group, a national healthcare management consulting firm, she leads initiatives that advance health equity across various communities.
